I completed my Law Degree (LLB Honours) in Southampton and obtained my Master’s Degree in Human Resources & Management at Portsmouth University. I have had a long career as a nurse and midwife in the NHS and am now the Director of Jane Parker & Associates. A highly experienced and motivated Fellow member of the Institute of Professional Will writers.
With over 15 years’ experience working within the legal service environment and a passion for what I do, enables my clients to experience a personalised, bespoke service. My experience within the NHS enables me to be empathetic and compassionate supporting people in their decision-making process when considering wills, lasting powers of attorney and estate planning.
As a professional and competent member of the Institute of Professional Will writers I undertake regular training and continuous professional development which enables membership renewal each year.
All members comply with a Code of Practise and ethics and are regulated by the Trading Standards Institute.
Based in Warsash, I am accessible to all clients in Hampshire, Dorset, East and West Sussex and Surrey. All fees are fixed at the beginning of the process to ensure there are no hidden costs for the client.
I offer appointments to suit individual requirements including evenings or weekends. Appointments can be face to face in the client’s home environment or if preferred can be digital (Zoom/Teams). I am organised, efficient and can work to strict deadlines to ensure the objectives for my clients are achieved.
Although any one can write a will, it is important to use a professional such as myself to ensure the drafting and the execution of your Will are completed correctly. If not, there can be catastrophic and unintended consequences for individuals. It is about ensuring that people important in your WORLD, are considered in your WISHES and those WISHES are reflected CORRECTLY in your WILL.
